Developed from the "Advise and Claim" service to self builders, this fixed-price service offers reliability and efficiency at lower cost for making small/medium-size claims

• compilation of your claim, based on the documents which you send to me, strictly according to the rules and regulations
   
• despatch by Special Delivery®* with Consequential Loss insurance
   
• liaising with the VAT Office, and reporting any problems with the claim to you
   
• keeping a copy of your claim just in case it has to be referred to again

*plus the cost of Special Delivery® postage (with Consequential Loss insurance) for sending your claim to HMRC, Birmingham). Full terms and conditions will be notified to clients, or available on application. There is a limit on the number and kind of invoices and receipts which can be processed for this fee.

Clients who expect their claim to exceed £10,000 or who need advice about the VAT system and rates of VAT should use my superior Advise & Claim or First Class systems. For example, I often find that clients have overpaid VAT to their building contractor or other tradesmen, and I seek recovery of such overcharges from the firm or tradesman because HMRC will not repay the excess to you.
